Joe brings 40 years of experience and knowledge to The Brokers. He owned and ran his own real estate firm – East Tennessee Land and Development – for 30 years. He has developed many large residential subdivisions in our area, including Sawyer’s Pond, Strawberry Fields, and Willow’s Ridge. He is a partner in the development of Shadden Springs – a premier new development in Gray.
Joe knows this area well. He has lived, worked and invested his talents in Johnson City his entire life. You can be assured that he will work diligently on your behalf to help you buy, sell or build the home of your dreams. BRYAN SANGID, CCIM
Bryan has been an affiliate broker since 2009, and joined The Brokers in 2015.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Carolina at Aiken, where he also earned a NCAA National Championship Title in golf.
Bryan grew up in East Tennessee and spent a majority of his professional career in the Tri-Cities. Bryan has extensive knowledge in the Tri-Cities commercial real estate market and focuses on retail, office, industrial and land sectors.
He previously served on the NorthEast Tennessee/SouthWest Virginia Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board and the City of Johnson City Golf Advisory Committee.
Bryan is a Commercial Certified Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of the NorthEast Tennessee Association of REALTORS®.
